Use New Houston311.org for Fast Service and Information

9/13/2011

The Administration & Regulatory Affairs Department of The City of Houston has launched a redesigned Houston 311 Help & Info website, www.Houston311.org. The new customer-friendly website is easy to use - finding important information and submitting requests for service is just a click away. Users can place more than 100 Service Requests online, and more are being added every day. While citizens may still call Houston 311 Help & Info, submitting requests online is much faster and can be done anytime: day or night, weekday or weekend.

Houston311.org features a "Mandatory Water Conservation Measure" FAQ page, conveniently located on the left-hand side of the home page. Houston311.org users can also report violations of Water Conservation Measures via the "Report a Violation of Stage Two Water Conservation Measures" link on the right-hand side of the home page.

Houston residents can familiarize themselves with use of the new houston311.org by clicking on "How to Use This Site" link, which links to a brief Houston311.org site user FAQ.
